Watch us

As a choir we love our weekly get together learning new songs and singing our hearts out, but we also love to perform to an audience and demonstrate the wonderful results of all our hard work.

During the pandemic, we were unable to meet as usual, instead we embraced new technology and met through Zoom. We have also created a number of virtual videos which can be seen on our Facebook page.

Each year we enter The Wensleydale Tournament of Song, in both competitive and non-competitive categories. It is a great experience and we love to hear the judges feedback which has always been very positive and encouraging.

The Yorkshire Dales is often host to great sporting events and we have regularly performed for crowds at events such as the UCI world cycling championships and the Tour de Yorkshire. It is very exciting to be part of such important events and we were very proud to be a Yorkshire Choir!

We love to travel as a choir finding new opportunities to compete in competitions & festivals as well as attending workshops where we can learn and grow.  We thoroughly enjoyed the UK choir festival which we attended last year, as well as the Manchester Amateur Choral competition which we have competed in twice. Adjudicators comments included being described as one of the strongest choirs of the festival. It was wonderful to be amongst such talented choirs from around the country. Most recently we entered our first international choir competition competing at the Hull International Choir Competition run by the prestigious Interkultur.

We have also performed at a number of local weddings and other private events. It is  always a delight to be a part of such a special day and it is lovely to see so many people enjoying our music and dancing along.

Every year we organise and perform our own concert, raising money for many local charities close to our hearts.

You can see some of our most recent performances on YouTube.
